BDPort works closely with Malaysian authorities, namely Customs, Immigration and Quarantine clearance.
Ferry passengers, cargo importers and exporters should experience efficient and quick clearance while in BDPort.
The Port’s facilities also include on-site offices for Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), Marine Police and the port’s own private security firm to ensure the safety of ferry passengers, parked motor vehicles and cargo goods passing through BDPort.
